Softscape Team Leader
Job Summary
As our Softscapes Landscaper, you will play a crucial role in implementing, and maintaining beautiful, sustainable garden landscapes for our commercial clients. This position requires a blend of creativity, horticultural knowledge, and practical landscaping skills.
Responsibilities
Complete softscape projects, including plant selection, soil preparation, and planting.
Conduct regular maintenance of gardens, including pruning, weeding, mulching, and irrigation management.
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert advice on garden design and plant care.
Diagnose and treat plant diseases and pest issues.
Work closely with the landscaping team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in horticulture and sustainable landscaping practices.
About You
Proven experience in softscapes landscaping and garden maintenance.
Strong knowledge of plant species, soil types, and horticultural practices.
Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
