Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Leadership Experience: With a minimum of 2 years leading and motivating teams, you will excel in delivering exceptional landscape maintenance services. Your proficiency in task delegation, scheduling, and performance optimization will be key to your success.

  • Industry Expertise: Boasting a minimum of 3 years in commercial landscaping and/or high-end residential properties, you will showcase proficiency in a wide range of horticultural practices, plant identification, and soil management.

  • Design Aesthetics: With a keen eye for design aesthetics and a flair for innovative landscaping solutions, you'll bring a unique touch to every project, be it a residential garden, commercial space, or public park.

  • Technical Proficiency: Your ability to operate a variety of landscaping tools and machinery, coupled with expertise in irrigation systems, hardscaping, and sustainable gardening practices, will set you apart.

  • Plant Knowledge: Possessing in-depth knowledge of diverse plant species, growth habits, and optimal care requirements, you will ensure the health and vibrancy of the landscapes you oversee.

  • Team Leadership: As a team leader, you'll be committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your experience in training team members in best practices, safety protocols, and the use of advanced landscaping equipment will contribute to the success of our projects.

Qualifications

  • Certificate III in Parks and Gardens or Horticulture: Required for consideration.

  • Construction White Card: A mandatory qualification.

  • Working from Height: Preferred, showcasing your commitment to safety.

  • Rope Access: Preferred, demonstrating your versatility and skills in accessing challenging areas.
